Join us for the brilliant, friendly and fun activities at the festival this year!

The following times and venues are subject to change – we are finalising the programme for 2022

All events in the programme are family friendly and there are discounted special family tickets available for both ceilidhs and concerts.

FRIDAY

8pm – 11.30pm Jubilee Hall Ceilidh Dance 422 Dance band are a lively energetic ceilidh band who welcome dancers of all ages and abilities on to the floor!

Saturday

9.30am – 10.30am Parish Hall, Upstairs Family Music Get-together Come along, have a snack or drink, meet other families and hear some music – the perfect place to start the festival and find out more about the different events throughout the day – bring your instruments/voices and join in too! Hosted by www.breakfastfolk.co.uk

10.30am-12.30pm Parish Hall, Upstairs Childrens’ Competitions Rothbury has a long tradition of competitions for all ages, Childrens’ ones being for ages 5-13 (first school & middle school), from anywhere! A special ‘best local’ prize is offered for the best competitor from within 15 miles of Rothbury.

12.30pm – 3.45pm Outdoor Stage Parade, Dancers, Street Entertainer, Performances featuring the amazing Rothbury Pipe Band, Festival Performers and local acts too.

6.30pm – 8pm All Saints Church Acoustic Concert Free entry for under 18s, this concert features festival performers, competition winners and local acts playing acoustically.

8.30pm – Midnight Rothbury Mart Festival Concert Family tickets available – A wonderful atmosphere, performances from all the festival headliners, amazing local acts, a real ale bar and wonderful music, poetry and song in the amazing surroundings of the historic Rothbury Mart. The heart of the festival for over 40 years.
